Due to continuous growth in our global business, we are seeking Bilingual Customer Service Representatives who are fluent in English and at a native level in written form in one or more of the below languages:

All positions are full time permanent and the successful applicants will be required to work on a rotating roster which includes weekend shifts.

The successful applicants MUST have the right to live and work in Australia; however sponsorships may be considered for the right candidates.

In this role you will provide assistance to our customers via email, as well as assisting them with account issues. You will also translate company documents. Full training is provided on the job.
